Michelle is the Senior Director of External Affairs; providing leadership, management, and operational support while supervising and administering day-to-day business activities for ECG’s External Affairs group including Legislative & Regulatory and Economic & Community Development.
With over 21 years in the municipal utility industry, Michelle has contributed to several ECG service areas including Marketing Services and Education & Development. Her experience in various service areas allows her to bring extensive knowledge of business practice and strategic planning to the External Affairs Team.
Michelle is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Marketing. She enjoys gardening, home renovation projects, and being outdoors with her husband Doug, children, and grandchildren.
