- Workforce Initiatives that Benefit Communities – LaGrange and Thomasville, operating along the same continuum, are bridging school-to-work with initiatives that will benefit their communities’ workforce with access to opportunities for meaningful work and successful living, for decades to come.
- Housing Through A New Lens – OneGeorgia Authority provided flexible funding for developing housing and related infrastructure in rural parts of the state. The City of Albany received an infrastructure grant for 29 single-family homes on six acres of land, and the Douglas Coffee County Authority received an infrastructure grant to facilitate the construction of 65 homes.
- Deals of the Year – Bainbridge leadership awarded Small Community Deal of the Year for its Anovion Technologies project that will create more than 400 jobs and over $800 million in investment in Decatur County.
